With any business growth it is essential to keep assessing the leadership team and the delivery of the service to keep it at its peak and deliver the quality classes for growth and development of the students. It's also important to recognise the development, growth and abilities of members as they progress through the ranks and reach Black Belt status. To this end I am pleased and excited to announce that we are expanding our instructor team at Warwick-TKD and have appointed Mr John Hoult and Mrs Rachel Hoult as Assistant Instructors.
Both these Black belts are fully committed to their TKD development and to the club. They attend every possible course, seminar and events and have competed in multiple competitions winning numerous medals as well as supporting and motivating the other students. They undertake a mentoring role within the club already and their technical knowledge and understanding of TKD is excellent, they are role models for the other students. We have now completed their initial instructor and leadership mentoring programme at the club to enable them to take on this respected position. Well done both of you and welcome to the team!
