Last Sunday saw our quarterly Hosin Sool workshop held at Warwick Space. Considering the atrocious weather and travel disruption we had a good turn out from students preparing for their upcoming coloured and black belt gradings as well as those just wanting to improve their street skills.
We covered a myriad of areas from practical striking at close quarters, release from typical clothing grabs, effective defence against a swinging strikes, take downs and knife defence skills from low and high line attacks. We finished the session with some reality based senarios to test the students learning and application of the skills they had been practicing.
Well done all, a great morning of training having fun and learning essential life skills!
