Yesterday was a busy day to end off the first half of the year for our clubs before our 2 week summer break - a Hosin Sool workshop in the morning, burning off calories practicing and learning effective self-defence skills followed by the annual club BBQ, although a great many students were away on holiday already we had a great turn out.

A big thank you to John Hoult and Rachel Hoult for your assistance setting up, Terry Burrows my sous chef and especially Lisa (my other half) for preparing all the food all morning whilst we were knocking each other around in the dojang, thank you all for your assistance.  Lastly thank you to all the students and parents for rocking up supporting and making this event a great success.  

Enjoy your time off everyone, I look forward to seeing you all again at our first session back on the 5th September at St Nicholas Leisure Centre.
