As we get older we start to slow down, get less fit, become less flexible, balance is affected and we start forgetting things.  However having a pastime such as Taekwon Do is an excellent way to slow this natural degenarative process down.  TKD will achieve the following:

  • Greater cardiovascular fitness

  • Improved muscular strength & endurance

  • Improved flexibility

  • Improved coordination & balance

  • Mental stimulation

  • Social interacton

  • Controled appropriate progression & goal setting via the belt promotion system for continued gradual improvement in all the above

There is no need to get fit to join a class, due to the progressive nature of the teaching. The sooner you start the sooner you feel and see the benefits; starting earlier obviously makes it easier so if you know someone in their 20, 30, 40, 50's pass the word on TKD could be just what they need.

What more do you need from a pastime ?! :) Move more, feel better.
